Making the most of the media

Getting a spot on local radio is a great opportunity to get your message across to lots of people at once. But how do you get that radio interview and, once you have it, how do make sure you use it to maximum advantage? With experience working with the media for a wide variety of organisations, we know what makes a great story, and how to gain ‘airtime’.

We can also help you make sure you perform at your brightest and best, coaching you in the basics of being effective on radio or tv – and if appropriate bringing in specialist media training to guide you through.

Getting a story about your organisation or business in the local newspaper can be a really effective way of reaching people – and unlike advertising, it’s free! BrightSpark can help you with this by writing a press release and making sure it reaches the right journalists, rather than ending up in the bin.

If things go wrong and you’re worried about getting negative coverage in the media, years of experience of crisis-handling have equipped us to limit any damage and bring you through the storm unscathed.
