About

Sharon Charity, Director of Brightspark Communications, has over 25 years of experience in communications, working as a journalist, editor, writer and PR manager for publishers, the United Nations, the NHS, and local and national charities. She has experience in managing complex communications projects, but her real love is writing. Currently based in County Mayo, on the Atlantic coast of Ireland, she offers a friendly, expert service tailored to your organisation’s needs and without agency prices.

What we can do for you

Persuasive, well-written copy can help set you apart from the competition. And that’s where we can help. With over two decades of experience writing, editing and proofreading, we have the skills to make your leaflets, website and brochures pack a real punch.

Writing for the web is a particular skill. We can provide you with clear, informative, concise and accurate copy, written specifically to fulfil your business objectives. Sometimes you’ll need copy – blog posts for instance – that raises awareness and provides the reader with the added value that all good websites need to provide. At other times, your webpages need to be sharply focussed on a ‘call to action’ – driving up sales leads for a particular product, for instance.

Please call or email me to discuss your requirements.

With a little help from our friends

It’s not just about words, of course… BrightSpark is proud to work with Torch Design Limited (they designed this website!), talented, creative and experienced local designers, and Development Done Right, innovative web developers based in Corsham. Together we can provide a total service, removing stress from your shoulders and offering a keen overall price.
